3. Ebay Picture template (may look into a store in a few weeks but not a requirement ATM.)

I think there are many different things you can say about Logo and Banner, the most important thing is that to do a logo or banner, you need to have an idea first. You cannot create a great design by copy and pasting. You should know your message, meaning and values of your company, then feel free to answer these questions.
